At the first look, there isn’t much difference between the new S4 and the S3….here is a quick summary of the new features:-
Size: pretty much the same, the S4 is slightly thinner and lighter, but it’s hardly noticeable.
Display: Less bezel on the edges compared with the S3, and up to a 4.99″ screen, this makes the screen from 1280×720 on the S3 to an impressive 1920 x 1080 on the S4, both use Super AMOLED screens.
Power: The S4 has double the RAM at 2gb the processor is a Snapdragon 600 quad-core 1.9GHz CPU, 2GB RAM vs the S3 Exynos 4212 quad-core 1.4GHz CPU with 1GB RAM.
Camera: 13mp on the S4 up from 8mp on the S3
