Out of hours support
Any required work that would affect productivity can be done out of hours to minimise downtime (no extra charge). As each business is different we can customise a support package based on your needs. For example if you need support on weekends or if you need support on extended business hours (07:00 – 21:00) we do that.

RedData are experienced in setting up and managing a disaster recovery process for your network. You can plan for unforeseen circumstances.
Remote backup
With this in place your data or emails can be securely backed up remotely to our datacentre.
